WP8 Address Book Synchronisation

Hi,

WP8 doesn't seem to support LDAP synchronisation, is there any known way of synchronising the FM address book with Windows Phone 8? A solution that used Gmail as a middleman would be acceptable.

Thanks, Jamie

btw, I think this page needs updating, it says that you won't support LDAP as there is no security and that you will develop your own solution, but there is no timeline for that as yet:

At the moment only Memotoo does the job. Read also this.
WP8? Not tested, but maybe this is might be working.

The work around by creating a Google account on your WP phone looks promising, but I don't think FM supports CardDAV. I wonder if any of the other account types (eg, Hotmail, Outlook) support LDAP?

Unfortunately I couldn't get FM calendar sync working either, even though these instructions looked promising:

Apparently CardDAV will be available soon, I guess I should just wait for that.
