Sounds as if you're accessing a file that doesn't exist. Double-check the URL, and make sure the file is in your Sites folder.

Is it also located in your Sites folder? Only files in that location are accesible from the web. The Sites folder forms the root level of your webspace. So a sample URL for the file called something.png for the user "me" would be http://bluehome.net/~me/something.png with something.png existing in the Sites folder. Anything outside of the that folder is your own personal storage.

Great. The separation between personal file space that can only be accessed by you and webspace accessible by anyone was made several years ago at the request from some of our users. Sorry for the confusion.

Sadly (as usual with every other SquirrelMail system I have tested), BlueHome displays this same problem but, fortunately, this is a display-only problem (not as the similar one that has Webmail.us, that modifies permanently the source code of the messages)

Is it possible to solve this bug? (if you need a message with the problem or more information about this, PM me).

Thanks in advance.
Yes, Javier, I remember the problem but can't bring to mind the code fix - a lot has happened since then!

I'll consult my archives and see if I can recover the solution.

You should include the info at the FAQ. It is difficult to find out without asking.

Done.

You know, you can also create your own custom 404 error page. Just name it error.php (although it doesn't need to include PHP code) and place it in your Sites directory. The contents of that document will be served to anyone requesting an invalid URL on your site. If that file is missing, our default error handling takes over (which is why you were being redirected.)

I was sure you will remember it. The problem, as usual, is with physical archive, not personal memory. :-) Thanks again.

It doesn't work for me. When I attempt to login in just tells me I'm an unknown user. I notified Pumapost and all, but no go. Oh, well! That's enough messing with that.

Whether or not it was explicitly asked, that was answered earlier in this thread by BlueHome in this post, in which the Bluehome email service features were listed, which if I understand correctly is exactly the same features for the pumapost accounts migrated to the Bluehome system:
