Exclamation Runbox down again??

Can log in to webmail, but don't get any mail (not even the ones I send to myself from another provider). Can't send e-mail either (Outlook asks for username and password over and over again).
Status page says all systems are operational (but then again, they always say that).
What is going on?

I've had no new mail for an hour and a half; and I do get constant new mails....

If you connect and try to send mail via Runbox you get an 'unexpected' error which means that all inbound mails are bouncing....

Can we have an update from Runbox?

Well at least I'm not alone here in Shanghai... :-(

Webmail seems to work. But send with myself in cc I don't see them coming in. So not even sure they are sent out.

IMAP/SNMP dead.

Exclamation

More specifically, I get this error (here is what I have submitted to support, but that only work 50% of the time, so I'll post it here as well) - of course now that I look at it closer, even though pop seems to be working (i.e. it connects and originally downloaded some mails), nothing new is coming in)

Good morning,

I get a error when trying to send anything this morning from the runbox secure SMTP saying "421 unexpected failure, please try again later". POP works on it and both SMPT and POP work on my fastmail accounts, so I don't think it's me...

Any ideas?

Mike

SMTP is definitely down. Webmail seems to send correctly but who knows.

Service status page is useless. It perennially indicates service is OK when it clearly isn't.

Once again, an unacknowledged service interruption is causing serious problems for me (and others).

FIX IT. UPDATE SERVICE STATUS.

correct that: a mail i sent at 12.13pm was delivered about 30 minutes ago... so it seems it is going out, but with a 90sth minute delay...

Runbox staff member?

Hi,

I guess that you are running your *** off to fix the current problems, but it would actually comfort me if one of you guys just dropped a line here to tell us that you are aware of the problem and working on it...

Our apologies for not responding to this earlier -- our automatic monitoring system did not alert us that there was a problem.

There seems to be delays and connection issues with one of our MX (mail exchanger) servers, causing intermittent error messages. We're looking into it now.
