Just to be sure, you refer to follow-up emails topping up like if it were a conversation? We're not talking about live chats being integrated within an email account?
I don't disable nor enable, I'm used to both. If I must choose, I'd maybe have a slight preference in favor of it rather than having emails and the responses to them scattered across the inbox and sentbox. |

I'm not sure I know what you mean, either. I thought you referring to the message pane that doesn't need to be clicked on.
