Marmalade (home made from bitter oranges I can find growing in public places around here).

Orange marmalade.

Just seconding hadaso's nomination. Indispensible breakfast fodder.
Strange that Wikipedia seems to think it's Portuguese in origin, cos my understanding (or possibly superstition!) has always been that proper authentic marmalade must be made with Seville oranges; and last time I was there, Seville gave every appearance of being in Spain!
I have a small quince bush in my garden which has beautiful red flowers in spring and bears a small crop of fruit later in the year. One day I plan to have a go at making quince jelly, which I've heard is similar to marmalade but even tastier. So watch this space to see if it comes up as A Thing I Like beginning with Q!

Qins, which are stringed instruments from China.
I don't know how to play them, and I'm not even quite sure what they sound like, but I love them anyway cos their existence comes in really handy when playing Scrabble.
