Regex Bug

In this thread I reported a problem with regular expressions in the new sieve code.

I've just narrowed down the problem. If you send to test@example.com then

address :regex "To" "^test@example.com$"
address :localpart :regex "To" "^test@example.com$"
address :domain :regex "To" "^test@example.com$"

all get hit. In other words the regular expression test runs against the full address despite the use of :domain or :localpart. The problem doesn't exist with :all and :contains tests.
