Android and Gmail account? It is obligatory is it not?

[Solved ] I had to start anew with them for to buy adroid apps.
So I have a google account again.

Old text
Embarrassing to be this stupid as I am.
I knew where where a catch 22 somewhere.

I had changed smartphone to an old one
that did not contact Gmail for to confirm
that my account where there.

But when I switched back to the able Smartphone
then it instantly took contact with google and Gmail
to confirm my android account related to gmail where there.

It where not there due to me deleted it getting sick and tired
of the absolute spying them do. Wanting to know the Phone
number and so on. I hate such spying. They can read the GPS
and they read what Server Tower one are near and which Shops
one walk outside and they keep track of which Wifi Hot Spot
one happen to be in reach of and they want to know everything
one do.

so I deleted the gmail account related to that Android thing.

Oops not smart at all. Now they say they will delete all personal
info and pics I have on my Smartphone. Wedding and relatives
and friends and vacation and all the addresses of friends and so on.

That is nasty indeed.

And most likely the email address that I signed up with is locked for
two years or more Haha it is a Catch 22 one are damned if one do
as they say and one are damned if one refuse to play their game too.

Useless smartphone without the boxing in to Google dominance of privacy.

Is there an easy solution? I guess I should back up all info first?
Reset the smartphone which wipe out all info?
then start a new relation to google?

First of all, if you're syncing things like photos using Gmail of course you'll lose them from the phone if you delete your Gmail account. They are not stealing your pictures. If you sync with them and you stop using them on the phone, it won't sync your stuff. There is nothing nasty about that. Secondly, you do not have to tell Google that you've switched phones. You can have 50 phones with the same Gmail address on them. Thirdly, you cannot use the Market without a Gmail account, so use a Gmail account on any Android phone if you plan on getting apps. I have to admit, I'm not 100% sure about what you're trying to say, but yes Gmail goes with Android and if you want syncing from a Gmail account and access to the Market, you use a Gmail account on the phone. If you're saying you don't like Google, get an iPhone, a Blackberry or a WP7 phone. Android is Google.

Thanks, nope I want no sync but need to buy an app
from the market. So as you say that do require a google account
or gmail account. Iphone? Only over my dead body
Okay if you give it to me for free then I probably test
if I am able to get used to it. Who knows I may be the next
FanBoy of Apple. Miracles happens almost everyday.

I switched from Android to iPhone because I despise Google and have never looked back. No regrets here. I should have done it years ago.

David and in my case it is even worse!
I fail to get how to set up Google+
which seems to come as a plus to
being an Android and Gmail account holder.

Like the Chat and what else they throw in the mix.

I am not a not so proud Google+ member.

and have no idea how one set things up.
Will be interesting to see if I get more spam that way.

In the Android phone they asked for to do GeoTagning of my
photos. I said no. If they asked anything more I fail to remember.

Ooops they wanted to sync I hope I said no to that one.
Not sure if it is set up as a imap now that would be very
expensive on my subscription to the Carrier/Operator.

Haha not only I feel like a cheap Sheep in the fold they
have a CGI 3D sheep as a Log and Ad thing.

Hope it is okay to link to this lazy but arrogant Cheap Sheep
He is not only arrogant he is rather frank so they named him Frank The Cheap.
Wow already Frank is soon 4 years old Frank. Should one love him or hate him?
The cute thing about him is that he talk English to us Swedes.
I try to obfuscate in case it is against the rule to link to even innocent pics.
put this in the url andervin dot se/wp-content/uploads/2008/11/faret-frank.jpg

If any of you know how to make google+ secure?
Do give a link or retell how you do it. Much appreciated.
