Squire files missing from build/?

I'm trying to integrate Squire into a project, from https://github.com/fastmail/Squire and also tried https://github.com/neilj/Squire

The following files (as referenced in the demo) seem to be missing from the build directory

build/Squire-UI.css
build/bootstrap/bootstrap.min.css
build/jQuery/jQuery.js
build/Squire-UI.js

are these left for the intending developer to source and create as appropriate or should they be there?

Didn't want to post this on GitHub as not sure what to expect.
