Hello,

i'm alvin from indonesia, i want to try runbox service, but get reply "We're sorry, Runbox does not offer services in your area" when to try register for trial.

Any help please?

hope i can have trial in runbox.

On the Runbox sign-up page for the trial, in the country drop-down, Indonesia is shown there.

If sign-ups are not accepted from this country, it should be removed from that list?

It would be interesting to get a comment on this from our usual Runbox contacts.

Is the very friendly "Runbox does not offer services in your area" message based on the IP address or on the selection from the drop-down menu?

Runbox block trial registration from my country (indonesia), i've contact runbox support and they reply instanly!!

they told me to use VPN and and not choose country from indonesia.

Now i have successfuly sign up trial... And actualny not trial anymore... i've made payment already, because of their support, they answer my question in minutes... yes in minutes

hope they can always improving

If Indonesia is allowed from Runbox then the problem is only with the ip/server you are using. Change it with a VPN or Tor.

If they don't want to give out free trials to certain groups of people (an unfortunate necessity due to spam), but they're happy with accepting payment from them, they should add an option to skip the trial and pay immediately.

they just stop auto sign up for mya country, but if we want to try we can do two things (what the support told me)

1. try move using vpn or something
2. contact their support, and they will open the trial account manually for us

still impressed with their costumer support, they support small customer like me (only 2 accounts on my subscription)
