Down again?

What's going on? Unable to read any of my mail. I receive this message when I try to access it:

500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Another question: Why does the Service Status page (https://secure.runbox.com/twiki/bin/.../ServiceStatus) not reflect reality?

it appears pop mail is working, but webmail is not.

As I can bring up the email folders but not the emails themselves, we have a software, as opposed to a server error, I'm guessing.

and IMAP

is working -- I can see and receive messages through IMAP, just not webmail.

but i don't know how to use pop or imap.

Hm...no problems here. Webmail and IMAP are working just fine.
Do you still experience problems??

Yes; still webmail and mobile.runbox.com not working.

You can log in
You can bring up folder contents
But attempting to open an email gives you the following:
