Shaw.ca only 10 recipients

I have been sending periodic test email from one of my Shaw.ca home email accounts.

Back in 2004 I would send to as many as 78 email addresses in one email.
At the end of January 2022 Shaw seems to have changed to limit to 10 recipients.

January 27th I sent a test email to 23 recipients without problem. On January 30th I couldn't send my test email. i didn't know what the issue was, but through trial and error I have discovered that I can only send to 10 recipients at a time.
