outlook not receiving any emails

outlook not receiving any emails. My friend send me email below 20 mb size, still didn't receive.

checked spam folder, no use.

First, Welcome to this forum.
Secondly, please read Rule G.

A couple of questions:

Do you receive emals from others in your inbox?
Do you receive other emails from the same person in your inbox?
You've said your using Outlook, but what email provider you're using? Also Microsoft?
Do you have access to the Outlook web app? Can you check there?
Can it be that the mail is blocked at the sending party?

If you are referring to Outlook.com (formerly Hotmail), I have found Microsoft is pretty aggressive at blocking emails from domains and addresses that have been flagged as spam or phishing generators. I would test the account by sending to it from a well used and trustworthy other email address, like a Gmail account. Also, attachments can be looked at as suspicious. Better to share large attachments via other means: Google Drive, OneDrive, or DropBox.

It received first email, but second email didn't , third email received.

all are from same person, he is using gmail.
