Angry Can't get support system to update my support ticket

In a nutshell:

I have an open support ticket, now when I try to update it all I get is:

"Internal error

There was a referer header mismatch. The request could not be completed. Please check that you have not disabled the sending of the Referer header in your web browser."

Fastmail is set up on my browser to always have referer on (they like it for login for some reason)

I cleared cache, no luck. I turned on referer for the whole browser.

I updated the ticket before I got a response with no problems. Now that it got responded to, it does this.

Suggestions?

I just updated my own ticket, via Firefox. Seemed to work OK.

Hmmm, I was able to do it (update) with Chrome. Don't know why it let me the first time with Opera and not after.

Just as a general whine: FM support is not exactly zippy is it?

Perhaps Fastmail think they're so good they don't need it?
