pine setup help

Hi,

I've been through the pine setup help page (http://www.fastmail.fm/docs/imap/pine.htm) but when I try to start up pine, I get an error message ("invalid remote specification"). Here's a bit from my .pine-debug file:

Code:
Userid: my_local_username
Fullname: "my_local_username"
User domain name being used "mail.messagingengine.com"
Local Domain name being used "my_isp.tld"
Host name being used "hostname.my_isp.tld"
Mail Domain name being used (by c-client too)"mail.messagingengine.com"
Context mail/%s: serv:"", ref:"", view: ""
new win size -----<37 107>------
Terminal type: xterm
Context mail/%s: serv:"", ref:"", view: ""
About to open folder "INBOX" inbox: "INBOX"
IMAP 19:08:15 10/30 mm_log ERROR: Can't open mailbox {mail.messagingengine.com/user=<my_fm_username@fastmail.fm>/ssl}INBOX: invalid remote specification
Here's the info from my .pinerc file:

Code:
# List of directories where saved-message folders may be. First one is
# the default for Saves. Example: Main {host1}mail/[], Desktop mail\[]
# Syntax: optnl-label {optnl-imap-hostname}optnl-directory-path[]
folder-collections=Mail mail/[],
FastMail.FM {mail.messagingengine.com/user=<my_fm_username@fastmail.fm>/ssl}INBOX
FastMail.FM-Folders {mail.messagingengine.com/user=<my_fm_username@fastmail.fm>/ssl}INBOX.[]
user-domain=mail.messagingengine.com
inbox-path={mail.messagingengine.com/user=<my_fm_username@fastmail.fm>/ssl}INBOX
Any ideas?

Thanks
