Eudora 5.1.1 for Mac & fastmail.fm

Anyone got any ideas why my external mail client, Eudora 5.1.1 for the Mac, will not download any of the mailboxes from fastmail.fm (error number 20) or any mail?

I've a paid member account with fastmail, so I configured Eudora in paid IMAP mode as per the instructions by Neerav Modi. I'm using the fast-mail.org rather than fastmail.fm.

have you checked your SSL settings? Make sure they are on "none" or alternate port.

Also, make sure your login contains your username AND domainname e.g. username@fast-mail.org rather than just username. The documentation was created long before the domainname became required.
