not Zendesk not Boxbe but close

I am looking to see if there is a product out there that can stop or waitlist an email sent to a gmail (google suite) account similar to boxbe but not for the purposes of spam filtering but like how zendesk will suggest FAQ sites or solution blurbs.

I want to have give people a "if your email is about this.... you actually need this person" as well as "have you tried looking at these sites/resources first?" "gate" they need to pass through before the email makes it to my inbox.

Trying to cut down on the "stupid emails" where the person obviously did not try to find the answer themselves despite all of the resources provided.
