MSN Question

I have a msn.com email address and don't see a folder for contacts.
Am i over looking it? Thanks

Do you use outlook.com webmail?
In the upper left corner there’s a button with 9 dots. Clicking on it and you see an overview, what Microsoft is calling ‘tiles’. One of them is named ‘People’.
In the mobile interface the tiles are in bottom left.
