If my outgoing Gmail says pending or uploading, what does this mean? How can I make sure that all of it goes out? It says 14 that havent been sent out… whats going on here? Why havent the photo attachments gone out? What did I do wrong? Its like smtp of outgoing/incoming mail.....

When you have any attachment it will take slightly longer to send the email, and photos tend to be pretty large so they go out slower. Basically, the larger your email message is the slower it will go out. It mostly depends on the speed and reliability of your Internet connection. It can be faster to "share" a Google doc or Google Photo since then your local system doesn't have to upload the item to Gmail before it can go out. Also, be careful you are not exceeding Gmail's sending limits--it doesn't allow mass emailing.
