After this is usually expressed criticism, I would also like to report something positive: I just before a mission missed my fastmail account inadvertently (Yes, who can read, I know), although he had been paid for 3 years and also contained credits through a change of contract.
Only yesterday evening after my return much my error on me and I immediately opened a ticket. Today my account is back, the money was re-posted, the support was fast, friendly and competent despite my miserable english from the google translator.
