My fix was worse - rolled it back. I'll spend some more time this time...

These folders seem like real folders rather than mail folders?
So I too have greyed out additional folders in my Thunderbird as of this morning. For instance, I now have two 'home' folders - the real one with a lower-case 'h' and a new greyed out one with an upper-case 'H'. According to Thunderbird docs this greyed out / italicised style is used for real file folders. None of this is affecting the webmail pages. The new folders cannot be unsubscribed which further supports the theory that they are real file system directories somewhere...
Anyway, good luck debugging this! Might be useful to put out a status blog post? |

My Junk and Trash folders are grayed out using Opera M2. Also the progress bar never finishes after finding messages. I have to kill it and do it again in every cycle.

Oh - that's annoying. I suspect M2 is confused from earlier data and if you recreate the account it will be fine - but I'd have to test to be sure. I'll run up an M2 instance here and see what it does with my email.

Thanks brong! I unsubscribed from all the IMAP folders, restarted Opera and resubscribed again. Now everything is back to normal!
