It appears that login.fastmail.com is an undefined subdomain address. The old login.fastmail.fm does still work, and redirects to fastmail.com.
This is working, along with the myriad variations (classic, tiny, m, etc).

Attempts to use login.sent.com and other domains redirect to fastmail.com, but with odd switches:
Code:
https://www.fastmail.com/?domain=sent.com&domain=fastmail.fm

This is being redirected to fastmail.fm, then to fastmail.com, with a domain= param being added each time. It still works because the login form takes the first one so its not urgent, but it needs to be fixed. I'll do it soon - need lunch first, brain is fading fast

Thanks, Rob - login.fastmail.com is working fine now. Today would be a bad time to have low blood sugar and goof things up! Now I have to train myself to not use .fm!

Just saw the email allowing renaming my account to the fastmail.com domain. So... I followed the link and did as directed but got this message on my Fastmail mail page:

Quote:
Sorry, the action could not be completed because a server error occurred. This error has been logged and will be investigated ErrorId=8a54132357b30bda1414037571
Any help Rob?

Thanks.

OK, I logged out and then back in with the .com name and it seems to have worked. Still an unexpected error message though.

Renaming my account has completely borked the folder order on my mail page!

I figured that I would have to go to Advanced Settings to fix it but the folder order there shows it just as it was. But on the Mail page it's not the same at all.

Any advice on how to fix this?

got my .com

.

Logged in about an hour after .com go live.
Soon as I saw the new url in address bar I knew
it had been moved over to .com. Thrilled that my
fullname at fastmail.com was available !

Congratulations to all at FM for such a smooth
and seamless transition.

The e-mailed directions for name change say to "go to Advanced..." and I can't find anywhere in Settings or Account that says "Advanced. I do find I can make an alias, but not the one I want which would simply change the fm to com. Is there some reason I can't use the same log in user name, which is four characters?

I too am using the Classical web interface and I did what you said but the system would not let me use my 4 character user name that I've been using here since 2003.

Finally magic happened and the form for changing the login popped up on my screen. Why did I have to fiddle for an hour before the magic happened, I wonder, and why can't I now do the same thing for my husbands account? He didn't receive the Fastmail message that said the change was now available, so his computer has no link to follow to get to the form on which he could make the change. He doesn't have a free account, so why didn't he get that message?

If there's a Scott on the Fastmail staff, you would never have gotten that user name, no matter how fast you were.

Yes. FastMail staff got the ones they wanted weeks ago. They were mostly just direct copies of the @fastmail.fm versions we already had, though not all staff were in @fastmail.fm.

We don't have a Scott
