credit card information

I had previously emailed your support department, and received no response after the automated one.

I would like my credit card details removed from your system(s), completely. It is nothing personal, but I see no reason that I would want Runbox to hold that information on file. Quite the contrary, it's just one more place for my personal information to get stolen from.

Thanks,

ltwally

ps. Just in case someone lost my original support request, I have submitted a second one.

Hi ltwally,

I have been unable to find a message from you in the support system.

Where did you send the message?

Regards,
Rich

I have sent two emails concerning this to 'support@runbox.com'.

The first was on 6/19, the second on 6/28.

I have the standard runbox automated reply emails from each one, so your system did receive them.

Did you REPLY to the autoresponse?

If you did you should have received a support ticket #. Did you receive one?

If you didn't REPLY to the autoresponse then no one will have seen your request yet.

Rich
