Keeping your address and others safe

When you compose a message, how can you enter in people's addresses so that when you send the message only their address shows when they open it? Is it possible?

Programmatically its possible, but I don't know of any email client that does that. The best you can do, that I know of, is to enter everybodies addresses on the BCC line and have no address displayed on the TO line.

I use an email client called PocoMail. It has an option called "Split message if total recipients is more than __", the default is 50. I have it set to 1. When I send a message with more that one address in the To: field I am asked if I want to split the message. When I answer yes it creates and queues one message per recipient.

Edit: After re-reading this thread... I think I mis-understood. This is not what you are looking for I suspect.

Another client that can do this is Courier. It can optionally replicate your message, once per recipient, with only that person's address in the header.
