Yesterday I ate lots of fried food (such as Fletcher’s corny dogs) and ice cream at the State Fair of Texas in Dallas. On the light rail line trip I enjoyed viewing the Traveling Man sculpture.

I was at Dupar's in Los Angeles, getting a patty melt with french fries and a chocolate milk shake. Dupar's dates back to 1938, and I remember my grandmother occasionally taking me there for lunch.

I can't remember the last time I ate out. It was too long ago (way too long ago).
Several weeks ago we ordered Pizza. It was either from Domino's or Papa Johns...

So today we went out to eat (after watching Dune: part 2 my wife was hungry and didn't want to cook).
The place is called Deda and serves Georgian cuisine.
We often order deliveries from that place and it's the first time we went there. As usual with Georgian food by the time you finish eating you find out you had too much!

I never tried Georgian cuisine. Is it good? Is it vegetarian-friendly? If it has several veggie options, I may give it a try too out of curiosity.

I ate out two days ago in Royal India in my current home city Gent, Belgium. I've been vegetarian since childhood, and Indian cuisine is my favourite as it has so many delicious vegetarian options.

I had a Royal Dal Makhani, which means black lentils and red beans in a sort of Indian curry cream. I also had vegan garlic nan bread.

This restaurant is one of about 7 Indian restaurants in the city, but I find this restaurant one of the best. Well worth a visit if you'd ever visit Ghent.

I should try Georgian cuisine then I'm not entirely vegan, but I am strictly vegetarian.

I have an Indonesian restaurant in my home city which I am curious to try, I'm however not very sure if this cuisine is vegetarian-friendly. I would feel a bit embarrassed walking in and having to leave again without ordering should they not have any veggie dishes.

Most restaurants nowadays have some vegetarian option and also something in the menu appropriate for people with various common allergies. Usually they have the menu displayed somewhere near the entrance (at least in touristic places) and of course you can always ask before you commit to sit down and order something.
