www.email.cn

This provider is the same one as 88.com I have introduced.
But this email has an interesting feature, you can not setup xxx@email.cn, must be xxx@xxx.email.cn.

For example, you can't get john@email.cn, but john@doe.email.cn should be possible available.
Both john and doe are the keywords chosen by you.

If you have the interest could give a try.

Interesting that you have to choose a subdomain too. This could be a nice solution if the domain you really wanted is already registered, instead you can setup mail@desireddomain.email.cn

I would guess that, if it's backed up by the company who also runs 88.com (which has been around a long time), there is no question that this service will be around for the long haul?

I don't see any option for registration without subdomain. https://passport.email.cn/register/

This company has a lot money to keep services running.
They open also the domain 111.com for email registration.
