Are you sure it wasn't just the Blackberry ? We did an emergency restart of the Blackberry service due to some errors.

Nope. Not just Blackberry... couldn't log in with OWA or Outlook. Got could not connect and server could not be found errors.

Going fantastically smoothly and the Blackberry sync is a dream!!! As I mentioned earlier, I only get 30 days history in my calendar and that is the ONLY calendar on the BB. I can live with that though.

When will the commercial offering come online? What will the website address be?

Reviving an old thread. I found my all contacts wiped out from Blackberry and Thunderbird. Although the LDAP works.

I have raised the email with George. Wondering if there is anything that is down. Waiting for the resolution.

There are no issues on our end with the Exchange service. Please check your e-mail

I can't log into Enhanced interface. I get either of three errors:

1. Somehow it redirects to:
https://emailarray--com.emailarray.com/install/
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /install/ on this server

2. Or it gets stuck at "Loading base system."

3. Or I get Access Denied after I enter my password.

IMAP works, SMTP works, ActiveSync works (thanks for that, George), but Enhanced Webmail does not.

Email works like a charm, LDAP works like a charm, Am able to send and receive email but the contacts still not restored. George sent an email saying that the server is showing the contacts being sent and synced but my Berry and Thunderbird are still bereft of it.

I think we still ought to wait owing to the time zone difference. I am sure George would get it worked out.

Do a ctrl-f5 ( hard refresh ) on the main login page. That should take care of everything

I've opened the webmail in completely different browser and still get Access denied error:

Im locked out of the enhanced webmail also

Just keeps saying loading base system

I can log into hoard and squirrel mail though
