importing from Thunderbird to eM Client

Hi guys,

Wow!!! Been a long time since I've been here. Hopefully that changes for the better.

I had been using Thunderbird free version for many years but recently it stopped working and I wasn't getting any mail. Something like I had exceeded the number of Imap accounts or something similar.

Anyways, I decided to try a different program and went with eM Client Pro so that I could have as many accounts as I wanted, and trust me, I have many.

Long story short, I can't seem to be able to import my Thunderbird accounts into my new pro version of eM Client.

It will show all of my thunderbird accounts and when I click to import data it will take some time and finally stops but no data has transferred.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Should be simple to import data from thunderbird to eM client?

Shouldn't it.......

How do you request a full refund if this won't work?

Is this the error you're getting in Thunderbird?

Have you considered setting up another Thunderbird - but this time the 'portable' version that you can save to a specific folder and/or an external USB drive? That set up would be independent of your original Thunderbird set up.

Bingo!!!

That's the exact message.

I'll think about your suggestion.

I'm still puzzled why eM client won't import my mail from Thunderbird.

BTW, thanks for taking the time to respond to my little problem, much appreciated.
