500 Internal Server Error

What's up? This seems to come and go.

And stay. :-(

Unhappy

alas, having same problem for the past hour or so (here in new york)...

i'm able to access the app and view files, but attempting to open a single email terminates in "500 Internal Server Error" which further notes:

Apache/2.2.22 (Ubuntu) Server at rmm6.runbox.com Port 80
Time: 03.04.2013 02:43:50 IP: 108.54.51.34 URI: /mail/read?message=1851315&winst=1364949832741&of=0

can you please help/advise... ?

Hi - this was due to a full partition and only affected some users many hours ago now, but obviously, it was bad enough anyway...! Are any of you still having problems please? Thanks much.

Yeah, works now. Thanks for being forthcoming about the reason. How come you weren't warned by your server monitoring software of lack of space? Usually it tells before it becomes a problem..

We are checking up on this to improve our monitoring and prevent it from happening again. This is a new server so not all monitoring is set up yet, apparently.

Ironically it was a log partition that ran full, but it shouldn't happen regardless.
