App FaceID issues

Lots of FM iOS app issues recently both opening initially and returning to the app after navigating away. Screen hangs on blank page, app attempts to login sometimes, other times nothing. Also sometimes receive a repeated login loop.

iOS 16.4.1
iPhone 11 (& 12)
Production
Fm v. 4.0.3.2488

Have you tried force quitting the app from the app switcher and then re-launching it? If that doesn’t fix it, then try rebooting the phone.

Yes, thanks, tried that countless times, happens on two different phones with two different accounts.

Would had been helpful if you originally mentioned that!

Does using your Face ID for other apps or settings that require it work ok?

FWIW I use a iPhone 13pro (latest iOS update) with FM’s device settings set to use FaceId with 5 minute time out, but always logged in. I have no problems with Face ID there.

BUT you didn't originally say two separate accounts were involved, which is half of what 'xyzzy' pointed-out.
