First name that came in my mind too when I saw the topic title. That name is contaminated forever. I'm sure the name is still in use, but I cannot think of anyone I've ever met or heard talking about in recent times named Adolf.

Ironically, there is a Belgian football (soccer) player named Benito Raman. No idea why his parents picked that name. I can imagine it being largely unpopular too.
