Unable tosend Yahoo mails.

Hello friends,

highly disappointed. I am receiving my mails correctly, however I fail to send any. I am using Yahoo mail. Deep regards for every help.

What do you mean by "I fail to send any"? What happens when you click "send" in Yahoo?

thanks for your reply Janus,
I use an iPad. simply fails to send mails. the very same occurs for more than one recipients. no idea what to do.
too much worried. not a network issue for sure, cause I am receiving my mails perfectly. just unable to send them.

Lets Troubleshoot

Heyy Robin

As you have already mentioned that it is not network issue.
This could be due to improper alignment between your device and the yahoo mail server.
Please do check if your username and password are correct
Logout and relogin into your yahoo account.
Also reinstall post uninstalling the yahoo app
Manually configure the settings in your yahoo mail account.

One of these troubleshoots carries your desired resolution.

Let us know if that works.

Check that your mail application is set up according to this advice from yahoo. As you can receive, but not send, messages, pay particular attention to the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server section.

What your using? The native (Apple) Mail app or the Yahoo mail app?

It actually worked.
I should have tried this earlier. I pinged my another mail id after reinstalling the app. and it actually worked. Thank you all for finding your priceless time for me.
