It's not really spam.
You have to actively go to the site to get that ad. Before putting that URL on the license plates (or anywhere else that is irreversible) whoever did it should have made sure that the URL is registered for enough years ahead, and points where it was planned to point. However, most people don't understand that a URL is just a pointer and not the actual website. |
