what's the difference, these two way making "second" account?

What is the difference? Do these achieve exactly the same thing?

Two way to create a second (or third) account.

One way: Visit Google, click the sign-in button, choose Create Account, and fill in all the needed data and soon, following whatever instructions, you have a Google account (or a new one if you already have one).

Another way: Visit Google, click to sign-in, put in username/email and password, and click to proceed. Promptly you are logged in to your Google account. Click the profile icon; click on Add Account; click on Create account -- and then a choice to make for "persona", "child", or "business". and continue on from here, to create the account.

So the question is, what is the difference between the two ways of making another account in those two ways?

The frst way, especially if you use a computer that's not at your home or place of work or whatever means Google only know about you what you tell them.

The second way they at least suspect that you're the same person as signed in with the first id.

If you're trying to reduce the amount that Google know about you,the first method is better.
