Yahoo Mail does not recognize ANY of my info

Tried all the regular suggestions to get back into my Yahoo mail but all failed since Yahoo does not recognize my ID, Yahoo mail xxx@yahoo.com, phone number I even tried the alternate email which only got me to my alternate email list and NOT back to my regular Yahoo Mail.

Talked to a guy from Yahoo help(phone)(he must have been in India) to try and help me. He said he could not help and wrote up an email about my problem and sent it to a TEAM group to try to help; still waiting a couple of days for them to reach me with my alternate email and my phone number. I'll keep waiting. Any other suggestions for this problem? I'll maybe try to call them again?

Do you have a second security check requiring a number from at text message or Authenticator app?

Also I don’t suppose you have a 1 time password set up?
