After I saw the movie "Bubba Ho-Tep" I made my desktop background wallpaper with images captured from the online trailer:
http://members.cox.net/lioninoil/bhtp800.jpg I also made my "home page" background with images captured from the Mozilla web-site: http://members.cox.net/lioninoil/mozilla.htm I don't use desktop icons. |

Here is the wallpaper I put on one of my sons' account on his computer: http://mywallpaper.fotopic.net/p13667710.html (it's him in the picture!)
BTW, did anyone start a thread with pics of the computers' desks? I just took pics of my desk a few days ago... |

I've put some pictures that can make nice desktop background in mywallpaper.fotopic.net.
If anyone has comments I would like to hear them (or read ...). I got a bit carried away and put in some photos that shouldn't be there (make desktop too cluttered), but there are some that I think are quite good. I only put 800x600 photos right now (with a few exceptions) but I have highr resolution originals for all of them, and for those that are really good I plan to put higher resolution versions in teh future. (and also organize, add more...) |

^ I love the photo of the orchid with the dewdrops (or sprinkler drops as it may)! It'd make a great jigsaw puzzle at Shockwave.com, too.
Gotta go. Just wanted to jot a note about it. Going to see baseball tonight. Thanks for sharing your photos! |

Here's mine. My res is 1280x1024 and I don't use desktop icons. This is the background I've had for a while and I always have QCD running on top of it.

My desktop at work. I recently started using those background calendars because of the graphic.
I had Hoops and Yoyo of Hallmark for the longest time. Trip, I don't like icons on my desktop as well, but can't do without them.. so I delete those that I don't really need. Camille |
