CardDAV and CalDAV working on Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows Mobile 10.

See this thread to get CardDAV working.

To get CalDAV working follow these steps:
  1. Add an another iCloud account.
  2. Set the email address to your Fastmail email address.
  3. Put in your password using an app password. Choose CalDAV as the data type.
  4. Tap "sign in".
  5. Ignore errors not logging in.
  6. Tap the newly created iCloud account.
  7. Change the account name to something meaningful.
  8. Make sure Calendar is ticked to sync.
  9. Untick sync Contacts.
  10. Tap "advanced settings" at the bottom of the page.
  11. Edit the "Calendar server (CalDAV)" to: caldav.fastmail.com
  12. Tap the tick to save your changes.
  13. Your Fastmail calendar should now sync.
Note that you can't use the same account instance on your phone for both Calendar and Contacts because the usernames are different.

Windows 10 Phone server

I couldn't get this to work as written on my Windows 10 Phone.

The server 'https://caldav.fastmail.com/' did work though.
