I was in the web UI at the time so I didn't see any problems until I tried to do something. I usually use a client on my computer. No issues, I just checked, with that 'means of access'.

The problem with the "upstream provider" is pretty vague. That could mean a lot of different things.

I am reminded of a place I used to work where cables were just strewn everywhere, and it was not uncommon to see the president crawling around under desks looking for something that had become unplugged.
