Can't find the feature to export list of email adresses
I have a few hundred email addresses on fastmail. I know with the old interface there was a feature to export all the users with details as a .csv with columns for name, email address, service level, etc.
I can't find that feature anymore. I tried to use the simple list of users, but that's only email address. I need to print it out with names. I tried contacting support, they really didn't understand and kept pointing me to the address book, but it doesn't have all the information and isn't 100% accurate, still a lot of orphaned entries. Does anyone know if this feature still exists? Thanks. |

Export formats
Welcome to the EMD Forums!
Go to the Import & Export page. It's a top-level choice when you click the big menu button in the upper left of the Mail screen. You have many choices in the Export Contacts area:
Title First Name Last Name Nick Name Company Department Job Title Business Street Business Street 2 Business City Business State Business Postal Code Business Country Home Street Home Street 2 Home City Home State Home Postal Code Home Country Other Street Other Street 2 Other City Other State Other Postal Code Other Country Business Fax Business Phone Business Phone 2 Home Phone Home Phone 2 Mobile Phone Other Phone Pager Birthday E-mail Address E-mail 2 Address E-mail 3 Address Notes Web Page User 1 Bill |

Right, but like I said, our address book isn't accurate, it has a lot of manually created entries and doesn't contain service level of each email address (basic, professional, etc.)
There used to be a feature to export a live list of the current users on the account with all that information. |

That's correct, it's a corporate account with 400 users with multiple domains, I need to break down the cost per domain along with a list of names for the accountants. On the old interface I was able to export a .csv and plug a few formulas into excel and I was done.
