There is a small link labeled "new event" in the bottom left corner of the status page and I assumed it was for reporting problems when the status was still described as normal. It requires a user name/password sign in but it seems that it won't except mine. It simply refreshes as soon as I click to enter. Is this link not for average users or is it broken like Fastmail is?

Can't log in in NYC too. Tried chrome and firefox on windows, safari on iOS, and iOS app. Same spinning icon.

Back up here!

m46ah_30, when I roll over the link it has "admin" in the address, so it's likely admin access to the software they're using for that sub site. If you can't report problems to them by email (support@fastmail.com) I suppose twitter is the best alternative.
