What is the difference between POBox inbox $50 and Fastmail
Is there any real difference?
You get a lot more space for $20 more. |

Using this forum's search quickly turned up the thread called "Fastmail or POBox". Post #4 in that thread had a pointer to the thread "Differences between Fastmail and POBox?". I didn't read them over to see how current they are but perhaps that may satisfy what you need.

One big difference I noticed in the past is that POBox.com is based in Philadelphia and Fastmail in Australia so depending on where you are in the world you might find major differences in response time by customer service. I am not 100% certain if they still do this, but in the recent past POBox.com answered actual emails from customers and potential customers instead of using a ridiculous ticket system like Fastmail. Ticket systems always delay response times and I find them infuriating.

Both are own by the same company.
Their webmail is the same too. Just their SPAM filtering system is different. If you concern about SPAM than Pobox should be the first choice. If you need webmail feature than FM should be preferred. |
