Is anyone successfully using fastmail?

I'm currently setting up a fresh LineageOS with microG installation, and Fastmail is not registering in the GCM menu or receiving notifications. I've tried other apps and they successfully register and receive notifications, and now I'm wondering if the Fastmail app is incompatible? Has anyone else managed to get this setup functional?

I would suggest you contact support. You will be lucky if anyone here has the same setup as yourself.

Somehow my gut (and 18 years of experience on this forum) tells me that this is a spammer in the making.

tejas55, prove me wrong!

Personally speaking I see nothing wrong in asking the same question in two different media.

Yes, if it's posted by the same person. When it is copied, 6 months after the original posting - it's a suspect...

Another possibility: no reply in 6 months, so it's time to ask somewhere else

The line must be drawn here!

We've made too many compromises already; too many retreats. They invade EMD and we fall back. They assimilate entire forums and we fall back. Not again. The line must be drawn here!

How can you know that? I seldom use the same username in two places.

What do spammers gain by asking oddball questions like that in a forum like this?
