How to remove our payment details

Once my 3yr renew payment is taken I want my banking details removed. Most companies allow this (GDPR). But I can see no way to do this anymore in the interface. In the past I just paid a lump sump but that is no longer available.

Am I being blind & it is in front of me? Apologies if I am.

I can't find a way to remove payment details.
I would raise a support ticket requesting it.

Not just me being blind then. I'm wondering whether because they are based in Australia they don't legally need to follow the GDPR rules for European customers

As of April 8 you can use Apple Pay or Google Pay and you could then just remove the payment method for one of those I suppose. But, have you tried "Change payment method?"

I don't have either apple or google pay. And change payment method requires you give them alternate details
