Ello, Can anyone tell how to make a url that you have typed into a hyperlink to then link to a site ? I was in the way of thinking that it just happens automaticaly but that doesnt seem to be the case.
P.s i tried making the url a signature but that hasnt worked and ive also tried using the hyperlink tool in yahoo but again hasnt worked. Thanks Peter |

Hi pe30er and welcome to the EMD forums
Peter, presumably you are trying to send email via the Yahoo web mail service? Ensure you are composing the email in 'Rich Text' mode which is to the right of the 'Attach Files' box. (If you are already in 'Rich Text' mode that link will say 'Plain Text') Highlight your url and click the hyperlink button which is the button to the right of the smilies button. Add your link into this box again and click OK. I appreciate you say you've tried this, but I've just tried and it does work. . Last edited by CyberDyne : 9 Feb 2009 at 06:57 AM. |
