Angry Cotse down, and support is totally inaccessible.

Unable to receive anything at least through IMAP and the Web client. Many other people on their IRC channel (which still works) are having the same experience. People on the IRC channel have also reported that they can't send mail, but I haven't tried.

It seems that none of the company's own support channels are working.

Thanks.
David.

Just to bring everyone up to date:

The total mail shutdown lasted more than 24 hours. There were no status updates, although the web portal and the IRC support channel were working the whole time. This is what was posted on the web status page after the recovery:

"Sept 20 - 21 - We experienced mail queue clog due to a spammer that has held up mail. We are cleaning it up and valid mail should be flowing again."

IMHO, the total lack of communication during a shutdown of this length, combined with the total and intentional blocking of any other possibilities of communication with Cotse or anyone associated with it, were wholly unsatisfactory.

Thanks.
David.
