changing alias to a regular account

If i want to set up one of my alias accounts as a regular account do i have to delete it first then apply for a runbox account?

Or can i route my alias account to my isp.net address through incredimail? Its an account i use on my web site and don't want to do anything to loose it.

What do you think is the best ?

Welcome to Runbox and to the Forum!

If you have set up an alias for your Runbox account and wish to convert it to a sub-account we will need to process it manually.

Please send your request containing your username and alias to billing AT runbox DOT com.
