Impossible to compose from or reply from "plussed" E-Mail address
I use "plussed" addresses (example: ABC+YZ@RB.___) quite a bit.
Receiving mail to plussed addresses with RB works well. Regrettably, composing mail from a plussed address and replying to mail received by a plussed address with a plussed address sender are both impossible with both RB6 and RB7 webmail interfaces. It is also impossible to create a plussed address alias. Sending mail from plussed addresses isn't rocket science. Unless I'm missing something, I cannot understand why such a basic capability is missing from Runbox's E-Mail implementation? Thank you. -- Jacinto |

[Solved -- Not Impossible]

Although somewhat convoluted, it does, indeed, work. Now, for extra credit, if you know: Why doesn't the pop-up composition window close after a message is sent (Firefox browser)? Thank you, again. -- Jacinto |

It closes for me: Win7, FF71.0 (but I'm sure the behaviour has been the same with older versions).

Also tried it with a Chrome browser, same difference. Don't know if it makes a difference, but I have the "Compose in new window" Folder Preference ticked. My Platform is Linux Mint 17 Qiana, but that shouldn't make a difference. Both Firefox and Chrome work essentially the same on Windows and Linux. Perhaps one of the RB developers will care to chime-in. We'll see. -- Jacinto |
