FM is generally quite good about explaining what happened in outages--especially compared to other providers that often provide no information. However, they may have jinxed themselves with this statement: "Given that this has never happened before in the over 15 years we have been with NYI, we’re confident that it won’t happen again." I suggest that people who have been struck by lightning multiple times also confidently state the same thing after the first one! With FastMail & PoBox down again today - Sunday 26th August - they really need to do something to ensure that they have no single point of failure.
I suggest we should all raise support tickets, & post the response here for all to see, NJSS |
