Dropbox question
A correspondent has sent me Dropbox URLs for several videos he wants me to examine. I have never used Dropbox before. Can I just click on the links to view or download what he had uploaded there, or do I need to sign up for at least a free account of my own before I can get access to material uploaded by others? I reckoned someone here would know. (I did try clicking on one of the links, but nothing much happened, so I reckoned something more might be required.) Thanks for the advice.

No, you don't need to have a Dropbox account to see a file if you know the link.
Try this: Cornish coast. The "comments" section, on the right, may or may not show, depending on how the owner set it up. And if you do need an account to post comments. |
