Hi!
I've been trying out your service and I think it's great. I am considering bringing my own domain to you, and your support has given me good information about this. I am confused about dkim, though. Mailfence support said that once I move my domain over, they will take care of dkim signatures on their back end, and that I wouldn't need to do anything. But, don't I need to put a copy of the key in a dns txt record to make dkim work properly? Wouldn't mailfence need to provide me with some key value to put in this dns record? Or maybe I am misunderstanding something. Thanks! |

I have set this up with a few other providers, and that is how it always worked. Thanks again. |

Email security and privacy awareness course!
To mark the end of this year, we remind our users to remain vigilant when browsing or shopping online this holiday season. Ecards from unknown senders may contain malicious links. Fake advertisements or shipping notifications may deliver infected attachments. Spoofed email messages and fraudulent posts on social networking sites may request support for phony causes.
To avoid seasonal campaigns that could result in security breaches, identity theft, or financial loss, users are encouraged to take this generic email security and privacy awareness course! We wish all the users, happy holidays and an amazing new year! So then given what you've described, am I correct to think that when I send an email with mailfence using my custom domain (from an address like 'user@mydomain.tld') mailfence will apply a dkim signature associated with a different domain, something like "mydomain.tld.mailfence.com" rather than for the domain "mydomain.tld"? Cheers and Happy New Year- |
