Unwanted Actions

Anyone know how to solve this most annoying problem ? every time I go to send email on my main Outlook account the italics, bold and underline remain on, I turn them all off and every time I start typing one or more of them turns on again, this happens three or four times until they finally stay turned off, so annoying !

Just a thought, have you tried with your ad blocker disabled?

Yes, both on or off makes no difference, another glitch is sometimes when I click on inbox a message comes up asking me to choose which message to open, I have another Outlook account works perfectly fine no problems at all

Best thing contact outlook support as it sounds like something screwy has happened to your account.
